We became members of the Pet Services Association a Division of Pet Industry Federation (PIF). Although all of our home boarders are licensed by Swindon Borough Council and we have to meet their strict criteria to obtain our licenses, there is no one governing body that oversees the pet industry, we do not think that PIF have got everything right in trying to bring the industry together but we do think that it needs to have a common goal in achieving the highest standards of care without over complicating things. So this year we have chose to become members of their organisation to enable us to share good practice.
